Which started my journey into skin health.

I have taken 3 years developing an Ayurvedic skincare range & that has lead me to seek out a skin health clinic with holistic practices. With a mastery in long term whole skin health from the inside out.

Along with daily skincare routine @ancientindiaskin & several times a year @goflawlessnow I do a simple and highly effective daily morning routine:
-Face splash with ice water
-Hot water w lemon & ginger
- (when possible) sauna or steam shower 🧖🏽‍♀️
- Long walk or bike ride (usually stationary when home)
