Anything is interesting if I pay attention to it in the right way. 2. Everyone has a different version of me in their heads, but the only one that matters is the one I believe in.  3. When I begin to judge or criticize others, it’s a symptom of my own disconnection to my community. 4. Spontaneity is delicious. Try to maintain some mystery in my life. 5. Take a beat before reacting. Not everything is as urgent as it seems. 6. Tracking habits is good when starting out, but I don’t need to track forever. 7. Too much caffeine makes me anxious. 8. Read more books. Try more fiction. 9. I can be myself without buffering with alcohol/substances. 10. Romanticize the right things. Don’t assume going to place, taking a class, buying x-y-z will magically heal you forever. Happiness and peace-of-mind is an inside job.」9月25日 7時52分
