９月２７日、森下陸上幕僚長は、インド太平洋地域陸軍参謀総長等会議において、シル仏陸軍参謀長と初めての２者懇談を行いました。陸上自衛隊は、ニューカレドニアにおける仏陸軍との実動訓練「ブリュネ・タカモリ」を初めて実施する等、日仏陸軍種間の相互理解・信頼関係を強化しています。懇談では、引き続き、同演習をはじめとする陸軍種間の多層的な防衛協力を通じ、日仏二国間関係を深化させるとともに、インド太平洋地域での連携を強化していくことで一致しました。🇫🇷🇯🇵

On 27 Sep, GEN Morishita, Chief of Staff, JGSDF, had an initial talk with GEN Schill, Chief of the French Army at IPACC. Both land forces have been strengthening mutual understanding and relationship of trust through cooperation including the first FTX “Brunet Takamori” in New Caledonia. During the talk, they agreed to continue to deepen the bilateral relationship and to strengthen cooperation in the Indo-Pacific Region through multilayered defense cooperation. 🇫🇷🇯🇵
