💗MY 16 WEEK POSTPARTUM TRANSFORMATION💗 I’m not done yet but it’s crazy what consistent nutrition and exercise can do. I started working out 4 weeks postpartum and gained a total of 45 lbs during my pregnancy. I’ve lost 38 lbs so far and have 7 more to go. I’m really happy with my progress so far and have been using my Postpartum Fitness guide and resistance bands to achieve this. I also want to point out one very huge thing!
