Once every month, SHIMIZU Japanese Restaurant holds a special sake pairing event where guests can sample and compare a range of carefully selected varieties of shochu and Nihonshu alongside some traditional Kaiseki dishes packed with seasonal ingredients.
Come along for a somewhat more sophisticated and authentic evening with friends, family, or colleagues 🍶
