Two different individuals, peeling layers, getting uncomfortable, revisiting parts of ourselves, feeling disconnected, lost or frustrated, trying to cope with anger, miscommunication, having fears… also us. It took me a minute to accept both sides when they show up, to embrace them and let guilt or shame out in order to find Light in every situation, turbulent or harmonious. The past year has been all about this, so much came up for me. A good dose of reality and work, not always pleasant, but always worth it. I’ve been guided by many beautiful signs along the way as well, and for that I’m grateful. And for you I’m grateful. Today, on your birthday, I am reminded once again of the beautiful human that you are, the heart that is within you. That, while there is Love and there is intention, the hardest things can be accomplished. I imagine a lifetime of adventures with you, I want each phase together.
