Had some of you asking what I’m doing for my workouts, so here’s my rest day workout. Went really light on the lower body today as I’ve been teaching, lifting and choreographing for 6 weeks solid now. My weights today were a little all over the place, wanted to rest the lower body while still getting in some movement, and strain the upper a bit more.
4 Rounds - No rest between exercises
- 12 reps Incline DB bench press (30kg)
- 10 reps heels elevated back squat - go slow! (60)
- 12 reps ez bar curls (25kg)
- 8 reps/leg RFE split squats (15kg)
- 4 lengths farmers carry w/60kg total
