界 出雲では、日本海の冬の味覚「ずわい蟹」を堪能できる「八雲立つ蟹会席」が11月より登場。出雲の神話になぞらえ、八雲にちなんで、8品を取りそろえた蟹会席です。

メインの「松葉蟹の灯台盛り」は、界 出雲の目の前に立つ「日御碕灯台」をイメージして高さを出した一品。
お造りには開運をモチーフにした器に、エディブルフラワーをあしらった見た目にも華やかな蟹刺しをご用意。

The main dish is a tall dish inspired by the lighthouse of Himinozaki, which stands right in front of the KAI Izumo.
For the sashimi, we offer a gorgeous crab sashimi served in a bowl decorated with edible flowers in the motif of luck.
