In a twist of fate in 1966, the Romvlvs was created.

When Corum received the new creation, the hour markers were missing as the supplier had forgotten to add them. Founder René Bannwart decided to go ahead with the launch of the Romvlvs - and it became one of the brand’s greatest successes - at Baselworld, having the hour markers engraved directly on the bezel.
