We went free diving and have had ptsd over an ear issue I had years ago! It felt so good to be back in the underworld. The ocean, one of the most important parts of our planet. It was refreshing and gave me hope to see life underwater again. With everything going on in the world right now, all of its heaviness, torture, and disconnect. It was a moment of deep connection to the planet, silence, mediation and therapy watching the turtles and fish live their lives the way they do. Complete peace, other than when we found a Nemo fish and it’s baby looking terrified to come out of a plant it was hiding in. 🤣very grateful for this trip and all the humans we’ve been with for the last month. It’s been a difficult come down actually and personally confronting in all the most beautiful ways. Feelin lucky and blessed to be alive and surrounded by so much unconditional love and human connection.
