I've always gone all out for Halloween, and all this last week Alf has been asking for Halloween songs and wanting to watch programs about pumpkins and spooky witches and we've visited pumpkin patches. He was so excited to get dressed up this morning to go to the childmjnders... And I've got a spooky surprise for them later. 🤪🎃👻🕷️🖤 Swipe to see previous years... The set design is a bit less perfect this year which I think is indicative of the beautiful chaos of having to littles! Alf's outfit is Zara (I really wanted the pirate costume but it had sold out) and Ada's perfect pumpkin is @tuclothing AD AMBASSADOR (as are all alf's old costumes). Now, my next question ... Trick or treating. What's the norm in the UK now? Do we just leave sweets out? Do we have to answer the door every time? Is it a night time thing (I really don't want the doorbell waking up Alf) or is it an after school thing? And in a post C🦠VID era, do we give sealed bags? 🎃🙏 I was always in a flat in London and I swear Halloween wasn't as big back when I was young. Finally what would the trick be?
