Here is how I swap my fruit to feed my ‘skinny’ bacteria🍌🥥

I would also add: swap 🍇 for 🍷- way less sugar, and more resveratrol and polyphenols 😜

Ps. I add green banana resistant startch into my matcha 🍵 as well as MCT oil - you can’t taste either, but I’m feeding the good bacteria in my gut that keep me fit! (yes, you can tell if someone is overweight or fit just by looking at what kind of bacteria is prevalent in their gut!
Lean peeps generally have a higher proportion of Bacteroidetes relative to Firmicutes compared to obese peeps.

To have more Bacteroidetes (‘skinny’ bacteria) you need to eat a lot of fiber, resistance, starch, and polyphenols aka green 🍌 + 🍠 + 🥥 + 🍷.

You are feeding Firmicutes the ‘non-skinny’ bacteria with high sugar, high carb diet like 🍌 + proceed foods like salami, bugers etc.

Ps. This is a simplification, but gives you an idea how important taking care of your gut is!
