work work work. in gymnastics is always soo much work to do. so many drills & techniques to train, turns to learn and to perfectionate, and never will 1 turn ever be completely the same. we’re building a big foundation to create more difficulty and more stability at the same time, to make the puzzle complete at the end of the day to perform full routines in the allaround again ❤️‍🔥
It’s made out of so much, and there is only 1 shot to show the things you’ve got. Gymnastics is a combination of sport and art, that’s why it’s so full of everything. It’s extremely difficult and so fascinating if you can see all the small stepping stones needed to come to that completion of a brilliant performance on the biggest stage 🤍✨
On rough days don’t see this high mountain to the peak, keep it small. It’s motivating that there is always something you can work on, keep investing & improving, it will all add up, in the end you’re building some piece of art to show the world ✨
