President Biden believes Americans shouldn’t have to leave their hometowns to find opportunity – which is why, since Day One, the Biden-Harris Administration has made historic investments in rural America.

Today, our Administration is building on that progress. At Dutch Creek Farms in Minnesota, President Biden announced over $5 billion in investments in rural America. These new investments will:
✅Expand access to rural high-speed internet
✅Fix aging critical rural infrastructure
✅Support farmers and ranchers in accessing new revenue through climate-smart agriculture
✅Partner with rural communities to create jobs and support rural-led economic development
✅Expand access to renewable energy and lower energy costs

Over the course of two weeks, President Biden, Cabinet members, and Senior Administration Officials will travel across the country to highlight how this Administration’s investments are bringing new revenue to farms, increasing economic development in rural towns and communities, and expanding opportunity throughout the country. Because when rural America does well, we all do well.
