INGREDIENTS
2 bowls steamed rice
2 tablespoons olive oil

1 clove garlic (chopped)
1 red chili pepper (sliced)
1/2 teaspoon salt
30g shirasu (kamaage)
4 sausages (cooked)
Scallions (chopped), as needed
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1. Put the olive oil into a pan. Cook all of the ingredients A until fragrant. Add shirasu and stir-fry.
2. Mix (1) and the rice in a bowl.
3. Place the sausages and the rice (2) into a onigiri mold. Remove the mold. Put some chopped scallions on top.
4. Enjoy!
