The heirloom tomato salad is good too - generous portion with olive vegetables and watercress in it. The fermented plum dressing made it very appetizing.   The Angelica root french corn-fed roasted chicken looked better than it actually tasted. Meat was slightly dry and we can't taste much of the herbal honey. That said, the side veggies of asian napa cabbage was flavorful and perfectly seasoned.   Dried longan pecan tart sums up the kind of cuisine that we find here, a fusion of Chinese ingredients such as white fungus and dried longans in classic pecan tart. The dried longans has a touch of smokiness while the white fungus reeks of honey sweetness. The elements complemented each other very well and this was indeed a very impressive creation.   P.s.
