Very close to being back to normal training! I’ve been cranking away, 2-4 hours a day of easy cross training over 6 days, lifting 3x a week, and running 5 days a week. The work seems to be good so far, in recent testing my torn hamstring is getting nice and strong! My runs have been feeling nice 😊

This week is going to be 53 miles of running, 14 hours of easy cross training, a few lifts and lots of eating and rest 🤙🏻 might try some little workouts
