We asked kids what the Sun sounds like, here’s what they said!

Through a process called data sonification, scientists are using sound to learn more than they could with just their eyes.

This week on NASA’s Curious Universe podcast, we learn how heliophysicists are using NASA satellites like audio recorders to listen to the electromagnetic symphony our Sun plays on the strings of Earth’s magnetic field.
