Each bull head on our Buxton loafer is embossed by hand. The cast iron press exerts extreme heat and stamps the bulls head under intense pressure.

The embossing is a two stage process - all expertly measured by eye. First, the raised ‘Viking’ horseshoe emboss is finished with a two part plate. Afterwards the space is filled with the second part of the design - the bulls head.
