Good morning, happy Saturday! As I slipped into my slippers and opened the windows, a wave of fatigue washed over me. The past days have been a whirlwind, and my body is signaling a need for calm.
 
Although I take good care of myself, it’s completely normal to feel tired every now and then. There is so much going on in life and we often forget that we need to take a pause sometimes. Doesn’t matter how often you do a yoga session, eat your fruits and veggies and sleep on time, your body will give you a sign when to stop.
 
Just like trees take a pause after a season of blooming and bears hibernate in winter, our bodies also crave rest and rejuvenation. If you feel the need to take more rest, honor that. If an earlier bedtime is what you feel, embrace it.
 
It’s okay to adopt a slower pace in the fall and winter. Let the changing seasons be a gentle reminder to listen to your body and nurture yourself. Self-care isn’t just a trend; it’s a timeless practice that aligns us with the natural rhythm of life. 🍂
