If you missed this post from @putmeonselftape on my story feed, I’m posting it again because as a #sagaftra Union member, @sagaftrafound 2nd VP and someone who’s been paying close attention to the conversation about our contract, attending the meetings, reading and discussing with others while forming my decision, I believe listening and learning is our job.@the_annalamadrid speaks to the truth of an important undercurrent in our massive membership with a big range of needs, issues and stakes. Actors we are trained to taking direction from others and creating our output with a lot of input. Many of you are very familiar with the details of our 2020 deal before the strike, and many more, myself included were not. I’m grateful for the space in our industry hustle to really learn the points and process. Voting responsibly is your right and duty as a member.
