この度24Kトレイルマラソンを走ってみました🏃‍♀️

なんで？ってゆー細かいことはYouTubeで話してますのでよければ是非🙇‍♀️

まとめると。

ホストファミリーと共通の趣味が欲しかった。みたいな感じです。🤔

トレーニングを頑張った日々も
本番しっかり転んだ事も
走り切れた事も全部が思い出🤝

I took part in the 24km trail marathon :)

Why?
Because my host mother told me she was going to run a 50km trail marathon!
I decided to join her to share a common topic. Mine was 24km though 😂🙏

It was extremely tough😵‍💫
I'd like to go back in time to tell myself “It will be very hard you should think carefully!!!” haha

Anyway, It was the toughest run I've ever done and it's a super accomplishment🏃‍♀️

What should I do next?🤔
