Pancakes, but make them Christmassy 🎅 It’s never too early to satisfy your Christmas cravings and these chocolate orange mince pie pancakes do just the trick. Get the sweet, zesty recipe below.

Chocolate Orange Mince Pie Pancakes

1 x 4-pack mince pie pancakes
1 large orange, zested and segmented
6 tbsp Greek-style yogurt
2 gingernut biscuits, roughly crumbled
10g dark chocolate, finely grated

1. In a dry frying pan, warm the pancakes for a few minutes each side.
2. In a bowl, mix the orange zest with the yogurt.
3. Place one pancake on each plate and top with a dollop of yogurt. Place the other pancake on top and dollop over the remaining yogurt.
4. Scatter the orange segments and crumbled gingernuts over the top, then sprinkle with the dark chocolate to serve.
