I already know ppl will look at me & see scabs and the judgement doesn’t really go further. There’s zero pressure to be cute. And I’m very shocked at my realization that this is the first time I’ve felt zero pressure or insecurity about how I’m looked at without makeup on in public. I wouldn’t say its something I overly stress over these days anyway but nothing close to this extent. The freedom I’ve felt is unmatched. That’s so sad. It’s insane that we can create an entirely different reality in our heads based on a few ingrained thoughts & labels..and fear of judgement.
