After our training we had a long conversation about life and how it's imperative that I get my ass into the gym more than ever. I'll admit, I was more focused on business and family life but honestly not having a real training schedule, left me filling empty. The gym has been and forever will be a place where I can learn about myself and tonight's training session with @hadi_choopan truly helped me out. Having a training session with other champions provided that solid reminder that in order to excel in life, one must only associate with other champions. I'm thankful for this day and will carry it onward toward creating a relentless momentum that will yield some awesome achievements. As Hany would say, "Welcome back Mr Wick".
