I was teamed up with (and tied by the wrist to) Maestro Enrico as a mystery bag of ingredients was presented, and we had to see what magic we could make using them. The competition was in the spirit of DOBEL’s ‘Celebrate Brilliance’ campaign - a national survey commisisoned to determine the UK’s favourite masters, makers and rulebreakers.
