Dog owners will understand. Now that he’s older and has battled through a lot, he reminds me to be thankful for the things we still have on our side rather than focusing on those things that have slipped away… like eye balls. This boy is happy as hell regardless of what challenges are in his way; shaky legs, cancer, pain., whatever… he still greets his favorite human (also seen here 😘) like he’s a puppy everyday. So, while I’m not saying I have eyes falling out or legs shaking, I am very thankful for the gift of choice.
