In that moment I felt deep appreciation for the various forms of human beings, on their paths with their unique desires, successes, failures, joys and fears. I felt unified with all. But That night I awoke around 3 am sobbing with one hand on my lower abdomen. I became intensely aware of the expectations and hopes my body was holding regarding certain relationships . These expectations are like an energetic noose keeping me bound to an “idea” of future with little regard for the truth of the present. And it is only in the present moment that we become aware of endless possibilities we could never have even fathomed. “As I release these old expectations, I free myself to create, to express as the Divine creator I am. “ We are all aspects of the Divine .
