Treated by Powerhouse's conservation team, this incredible 39m long navigational chart was used by Australian paddle steamer captains on the Darling River in New South Wales between 1870 and 1890. Hand drawn with iron gall ink, the chart captures the river's course between Wentworth and Menindee, alongside notes about rocks and dangerous river sections. See it now on display as part of the exhibition A Line A Web A World.
