I’m doing all the modalities this Monday - I started my day with yoga, weights & cardio, followed by meditation in the sauna. I will be getting in an hour in the hyperbaric chamber, followed by cryotherapy and I will end my day with a 90 minute massage.while enjoying my weekly 24 hour fast.
After a full year of travel, I get to settle in for the rest of the year, get back into my routine and focus on self care & optimal health daily🖤
