#WPNS #SELWG（上級下士官会同）の最終日、各国海軍先任伍長達は、東京湾クルーズや浅草寺周辺散策を通じて日本文化を堪能しました。
本年は、#先任伍長制度（各部隊で海曹士の最先任者を指名する制度）創設20周年の節目、海上自衛隊では初めて上級海曹が大規模な国際会議を企画・運営し、若年曹士も活躍しました。
海上自衛隊は、海軍海曹士間の信頼醸成に貢献するとともに、海曹士の活躍を応援します。

On 7 Dec, the final day of the #WPNS #SELWG, the participants enjoyed Japan cultural tour including Tokyo bay cruise and stroll around Asakusa area.
As part of the 20th anniversary of the CMC Assignment System, the SELWG was held as the first international WG planned and organized by NCOs.
MSDF contributes to foster trust with other navies at the enlisted level and also strongly supports the performance of Petty Officers in #JMSDF.
