Today is National Day of the Horse 🐎 and while this day is traditionally used to recognize the outsized role domesticated horses have played in human history, we wanted to take a different tack, if you will, to talk about the last of the wild horses, the Przewalski's horse. Conservation biologist Mel Songer shares her reflections on the international efforts to save this endangered species and the successes she's seen over the years.
