Steps from previous post✨ using the e.l.f. 100 eyeshadow palette found at Target? 1.) prime eyes w/ urban decay & pat color #1 on lid 2.) apply color #2 in crease & blend out with color #3; blend well 3.) add color #4 to brow bone & add color #5 to V (outer corner of eyes) 4.) line top lid with NYC liquid liner and connect outer wing to bottom lid & brush a tiny bit on lower/outer lash line; smudge inward w/ color #5..then color #7 to inner lower lash line 5.) apply NYX milk pencil to waterline & set w/ color #7 6.) mix Sally Girl glitter gel adhesive (found at Sally's) with Inglot's body sparkle glitter #59, then apply to entire lid and inner lower lash line 7.) Mac Spiked & Lingering pencil to brows & add color #6 right underneath to highlight a bit more. These are recycled lashes so I have no idea which they are :/ but I used one pair, then I cut an old pair of wispies & added to outer lashes for more drama :) hope u like it ??❄xo
