Just had the best time ever at the Hotel Casa San Agustin in Cartagena. Staff treated us superbly. It's a brand new boutique Hotel w 30 very beautiful rooms. Very colonial in its design and extremely comfortable. A gem in the walled city. They also have the best restaurant in town called ALMA.
