Blissful Christmas Tip of the day - December 1: Give your regular dinner a boost! Sneak superfoods into your meal to start the month off with a healthy kick. Here is my dinner... Whole wheat pasta with Rachel's kick ass tomato sauce and raw veggies (full recipe coming on the blog) plus a kale boost! Rip kale of the stalks (rinse well first), massage with a dash of olive oil + Himalayan sea salt and add to the sauce at the very end (the more you massage the kale, the less you need to cook it for it to become yummy yummy).
