Once again BE RESPECTFUL!:) Status pictures to coach 3/18/13. As you all know I compete in the International Federation of Bodybuilding (IFBB) a very prestige level of fitness. I am coached by Kim Oddo @oddosangels and sponsored by Profight Supplements @profightsupplements. A normal prep is about 12 weeks of very strict dieting/workouts/cardio for one show. Weekly progress pictures are required to send to coach so he can monitor if there is anything he needs to change in my prep to bring my best physique on stage!:) Just a little FYI.
