The picture in the middle was taken at my first show July 2011 and the pictures on the sides yesterday evening. I was pretty fit when I started but I have managed to transform my body night and day! 17 months of endless hours in the gym, prepping food, sacrificing in all areas of my life to become a better person all around has been the most amazing journey and continues to be. From what I can from you can only imagine why I have the strength I do. I have been through lives challenges to say the least and have managed to fight through them. That's why when a someone gives me an excuse I don't believe it for one second I know what we are capable of as humans. So don't use excuses! BELIEVE and stay STRONG!:) Be consistent and positive don't give up!
