Motivational Monday! :) From the local stage, to the national stage, to the Pro stage, I am now working my way to the Olympia stage! I am continuing to step it up! I have competed in 12 shows now and let's just say that contest prep is tough! 12 weeks of 6-7 days in the gym, and usually twice a day. All of my meals are weighed out and eaten in a timely manner everyday, and I don't get any cheat meals. I love everything about competing because it teaches me self control and discipline, which I am then able to apply to other aspects of my life.
