My model is a high arch. I used Brow Wiz Caramel to outline the shape & to fill in gaps.
Next I used Brow Powder in Golden Blonde to fill in her arch to a soft finish. I set the arch with Clear Brow Gel and applied my Matt Highlighter along the brow bone.
