#meditateeverydamnday is going so well - it's time to extend the sessions! Starting today, sit in meditation for ten minutes daily. I suggest some gentle stretches beforehand so that your body is nice and comfortable, and definitely elevate your hips by sitting on a blanket. Imagine your breath a white light, inhale centering this bright light around the whole length of the spine, exhale spreading the light beyond the realm of your body. Inhale, exhale. Follow the breath. Quiet your mind. Watch what happens?
