The Blue Emerald Cafe! Not only did Jack and his friends make all the signage and serve the food but they baked the bread, whipped the butter from milk and boiled up the jam from the raw fruit, he even made the plates in pottery class and placemats in art class….even the music in the "restaurant" was the class singing!!! Lot's of fun!!!
