My dad went from scary Black Bobby Knight parent screaming on the sidelines for me to "stay down,keep my hands up & move my damn feet on defense" to one of my closest friends & road dogs... What he taught me time & time again... Don't take shit from people... Not bad behavior or handouts that come w/ strings. He stressed independence thru education, ambition and never ending effort...
