Todays leg workout! Brought to you by @nlaforher! I was on the verge of puking the whole time! Love these kind of workouts! I took my #Uplift preworkout to get me through this!???? #teamnla #nlaforher
1. Smith Machine squats super set with Bulgarian split squats 4x20 each workout.
2. Single leg press super set with smith machine one leg squats 4x20 each workout.
3. Walking lunges 3x 20 superset with smith machine one leg lunges 3x15. *I couldn't get the last workout in (one leg smith machine lunges) *Super sets means no rest in between workouts. *45-60 second rest in between workouts.
I'm show doing no weights but I use weights. Go as heavy as you can but make sure to be able to finish all reps.
