Recipe of the week: We #LoveEveryMouthful of lamb steak kebabs & mint cooked on the #barbecue or griddle pan.
Kebabs: lamb steak, courgettes & red pepper chunky cubes. Marinade (over uncooked meat & veg): rosemary, olive oil, garlic cloves for >30mins. Salsa: capers, fresh mint, red chilli, red wine vinegar, dijon mustard, honey, olive oil. Cook: 8-10 mins on barbecue/griddle till lightly charred. Serve with: flat bread & salad.
