So I have a confession to make-

There are some days where I think that I'm fat. I feel disgusting. It's annoying. No matter which way I look in the mirror...nothing helps. So here's what I do to combat my mental condition.

1. Ask Scott if he thinks I'm fat. (No matter what his answer is.. It doesn't help)

2. Go harder in my workout. (Sometimes this helps)

3. Stop looking in the mirror and go off of the way I feel and think logically. (This helps more often than not.

4. Slap on a belt around my waist and make sure it gets to the same hole that it always does. (WORKS 100% of the time)
