Seriously one of my best workouts to date! Was on the verge of puking my entire Leg/Booty workout! I am a straight beast!?? Love that ish! I took one week off after St. Louis Pro I've learned to listen to my body when it needs a break especially since I push it to it's limits all the time! 3-1/2 weeks out to the #OLYMPIA!?
