The Church of St Vincent de Paul (SVDP) celebrated its 50th Anniversary yesterday evening. Enjoyed meeting the parishioners young and old, who have a long tradition of community service. We were entertained by the talented congregation, including these parishioners who performed a musical on the life of their patron saint.
SVDP does good work with the needy and youth. Hope more Singaporeans follow their lead to support worthy causes in the community. – LHL
