..here's another contouring demo by ✨@jennifersiedler✨. I know there was a ton of questions on "how to" apply contour.. But there are so many ways to approach this process, depending on color correction, face shape and skin tones. And for some, this may seem like WAY TOO much, since the contrasting colors are very obvious in this photo. But if the tones matched her skin, there wouldn't be as many concerns as to why she's wearing so much makeup, since you wouldn't be able to see it☺️. This approach of contouring is to distinctly accentuate the beautiful features in ones face. It's all about understanding texture; the bright is to accentuate & dark is to take away. This look in particular is amazing for photo shoots and special events where there will be pictures taken? etc. There are more softer approaches to this technique like using matte bronzing & highlighting powders etc. I go over this on my YouTube channel (link on my bio). Here's Jennifer's [celebrity makeup artist?] approach.. She used #tnt #creamfoundations in "1C" to highlight and "5C" to contour from @tntcosmetics Then blended both colors using a #tnt #foundationbrush #211. Once she got the color she wanted; She then set it using a #translucentpowder! ???
