This morning I decided to give ?@pumpupapp? a lil test run...such a great app to personalise your own workout!! You can choose how long u want to workout, your training goal, fitness level, what equipment and location u want to train and all your work outs are guided with instructions for each exercise! Such a handy app if you need some help with a workout plan or even just for some new exercise ideas. ❤️Love the option of an ab circuit at the end too!!
