Midnight journaling. ? If you journal, or if you don't, start now! It's not difficult at all. You don't have to write a lot, but just keep a journal and write in it every night and tell yourself 3 things you're grateful for. Even on your worst days, find 3 things you're grateful for. Over time, you will realize how many great things and events happen in your life and you will start to live a more positive life.
